LAZ Parking is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Boston to greet customers, resolve questions, and maintain a welcoming environment. You will assist in lobbies and lanes, handle accounts, and support cashiering while ensuring safety and orderly operation of the garage.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, ability to work under pressure, and comfort with the parking revenue control system. Healthful teamwork and flexibility across locations are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers by name, respond promptly, resolve issues with care.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; direct traffic.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Add/delete accounts and input information in the parking revenue control system.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of the garage and equipment.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
