Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass Village, CO is seeking an Events & Guest Services Coordinator to plan and execute campus events, manage logistics, and support Welcome Center operations. You will collaborate with departments and outside partners to deliver a welcoming experience for students, artists, and visitors.

The role covers store operations, guest services, and administrative tasks, including calendars, staffing, check-in, and post-event follow-through.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years experience in events coordination, customer service, and/or money handling preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate smaller campus events and support major fundraising/community events; collaborate across departments and external vendors.
• Oversee Welcome Center operations and ArtWorks store; manage guest services, inventory, and store-related needs.
• Maintain event calendars, attendance records, and post-event documentation for future planning.
