Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies is seeking an Assistant Center Services Manager at Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, CO. You will lead seasonal staff, manage AV operations, and ensure flawless event setups for conferences and programs.

You will train and supervise staff, coordinate room configurations, and resolve AV issues to deliver high-quality guest experiences while maintaining safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hospitality experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred; AV experience may substitute.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong troubleshooting for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a diverse seasonal staff in event setup and AV operations.
• Oversee room setups, AV configurations, and refreshment deliveries.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and perform routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure on-schedule event execution.
• Support housekeeping and other departments as needed.
