Job summary

Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Catering Sales & Events Coordinator to support the sales and events team in Aspen/Snowmass Village. You will be the main client liaison, handling inquiries, payments, and documentation to drive event bookings.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, coordinating site visits, creating proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, in-person role with seasonal variations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• 2 years of administrative experience required; 2 years catering/hospitality sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and respond to inquiries with detailed event information.
• Process reservations for company restaurants and group events; manage deposits and contracts.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and review floor plans and BEOs with staff.
