Daemen University is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the Director of Conference Services in planning and executing campus events. You will coordinate internal and external logistics, communicate with Daemen offices, and ensure exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.

• Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in hospitality and/or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning of day-to-day internal events hosted through Daemen University offices.
• Maintain the Reserving Facilities Form for reservation requests and inquiries.
• Build relationships across campus departments (e.g., Academics, Admissions, Alumni, CTE, Facilities, Dining, Housing).
• Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with clients, campus partners, and staff.
• Organize multiple events, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ensure smooth event logistics and positive guest experiences.
• Collaborate across teams and adapt to changing event needs.
