Job summary

The Centers, Inc. seeks energetic student applicants to provide exceptional guest services for on-campus special events. This on-site role is based at Cleveland State University and supports event setup, guest assistance, and equipment handling.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with a diverse audience. Availability across various shifts is required, and a willingness to learn basic audio/visual tasks is appreciated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of office experience or related experience.
• Experience working with a range of personalities and cultures.
• Sales experience is preferred and customer service is essential.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer applications; EMS/CRM scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment set-up and breakdown indoors and outdoors.
• Safely maneuver loading dollies and manage inventory logs.
• Learn basic audio/visual setup, breakdown and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with event hosts and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for event equipment.
• Adhere to specified dress standards and shift schedules.
