Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point seeks a Centers Services Team Lead within the University Centers. The role coordinates event support and custodial tasks, assisting with setup of chairs, tables, microphones, and AV equipment for campus events at the Dreyfus University Center.

As an on-call weekend supervisor, you will report to the CST Student Manager and support fulltime staff while maintaining inventory and leading a small student team.

Qualifications

• Leads must have previous experience working as a CST Team Member.
• Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester.
• Shifts may start as early as 6:45am and end as late as 2:00am for events.
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and supervising others when needed.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check initiated by the University Centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event support and custodial work across University Centers.
• Set up chairs, tables, microphones, and equipment for events.
• Maintain inventory records of equipment at the Dreyfus University Center.
• Attend monthly Lead Meetings and report to the CST Student Manager.
