Job summary

Qualifications

• Organized and excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with entities on campus and local vendors.
• Ability to work all events/attend all meetings.
• Attend all retreats and trainings.
• Must be a current freshman, sophomore, or junior.
• Maintain a semester and cumulative GPA of 2.7.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the Bradley University student body to deliver a well-attended and fun event.
• Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
• Procurement and negotiation of all contracts for any outside entities at Late Night BU.
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
• Collaborate with Logistics team members to develop facilities plan for each event.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Marketing, Logistics Event Staffing and Graphic Designer to ensure event needs are met and publicized.
• Conduct post event evaluations to report outcomes.
• Attend biweekly LNBU Staff meetings.
• Attend weekly LNBU Advisor meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
