Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Director of Education in Augusta, GA to lead the Academic Department, ensure policy and accreditation compliance, and supervise faculty and staff. The role reports to campus leadership and shapes student success through program oversight and strategic initiatives.

The Director will guide curriculum development, student advisement, retention programs, and the integration of hybrid instructional delivery across on-site and online formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in educational administration or manager-level role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic operations at campus level and ensure compliance with policies and accreditation.
• Lead program directors and faculty, manage curriculum and assessment processes.
• Coordinate student services, retention efforts, and academic advising.
• Supervise library/resources and instructional delivery, including hybrid/online formats.
• Maintain accurate student records and reporting for accreditation and compliance.
• Drive data-informed improvements through program evaluation and reporting.
