Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Education to lead the Academic Department at the campus level in Augusta, GA. You will ensure compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal policies while supervising the Academic team, including program directors and faculty, to deliver high-quality education.

The role includes chairing the Academic Review Committee, managing scheduling and student services, and advancing hybrid/online delivery with the library and resources to support a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in educational administration.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor.
• Master’s Degree and 5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Services to Students: Coordinates and participates in facilitating the New Student Orientation Program each term.
• Leads the Retention Program by planning, implementing, and directing effective student retention activities.
• Hires Program Directors who meet credential requirements and manage the curriculum with faculty.
• Oversees Library Resources and Services and supports hybrid/online instructional delivery.
• Ensures accuracy of academic records and schedules across campuses.
