Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and direct information to appropriate channels.
• Activate response to health and safety concerns as needed.
• Monitor radio activity and conduct welfare checks.
• Document information and generate reports from automated systems.
• Monitor security procedures and maintain logs for keys, radios, cargo and evidence.
• Record license plates and share information with external agencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
