Florida Tech, located in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Dining Supervisor to oversee dining unit operations, lead shift teams, and ensure high-quality guest service. You will enforce safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards while training staff and managing records for counts, revenues, and labor costs.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a Florida driver’s license, and ServSafe certification.
The Dining Supervisor is responsible for the general first‑line oversight of a particular dining function or location work shift. Decisions made are operational in nature and within guidelines that have been established by senior management. Ensures established guidelines and procedures are followed by subordinates. Takes responsibility for work performed by assigned staff. Directly and actively participates in the production of a superior guest experience. Conducts business with high ethical standards. Uses discretion with business and personnel information.
