Florida Institute of Technology is seeking a Dining Supervisor to oversee a dining unit’s shift operations and staff. You will ensure quality, safety, and service standards while coordinating with campus dining teams.
The role requires a high school diploma, a Florida Driver’s License, ServSafe certification, and 2–5 years in dining/food service, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
The Dining Supervisor is responsible for the general first-line oversight of a particular dining function or location work shift. Decisions are operational in nature and within guidelines established by senior management. The supervisor ensures that established guidelines and procedures are followed by subordinates, takes responsibility for the work performed by assigned staff, directly and actively participates in the production of a superior guest experience, and conducts business with high ethical standards.
