Job summary

Creative Dining Services is hiring a Service Supervisor for Missouri Baptist University dining services in St. Louis, MO. The role leads dining operations, serves meals, and ensures safety and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Two-year minimum experience in front of house & supervision.
• High school diploma, secondary education helpful
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• ServSafe Manager certified a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining hall
• Engage with guests, providing service in a positive, friendly & helpful manner
• Ensure timeliness of food service for each meal time, including cleanliness, garnishing items on the service lines, utilizing proper portion control techniques
• Ensure the serving lines are properly garnished
• Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule & proper portion control
• Communicate with all production, kitchen or front‑of‑house staff any problems
• May help lead safety meetings or other trainings
• Assist the Dining Management with events or other tasks as assigned.
