Responsibilities

• Handle customer service activities for Dining Services (email, phone, walk-ins).
• Process dining plan enrollments and maintain records of changes and cancellations.
• Track incidents and requests for year‑round analysis and reporting.
• Report vending machine issues to vendors and coordinate with management on sales talking points.
• Assist with events like Open Houses, Preview Days, and Orientations (weekends/evenings possible).
• Troubleshoot dining plan software and POS systems; register contracts in enrollment/billing systems.
