Job summary

• Two years of progressive supervision and leadership in food service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee front-of-house service; manage food ordering platform and ensure accuracy during service.
• Address customer complaints and ensure compliance with all food safety standards.
• Personnel management including interviewing, hiring recommendations, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and lead training on policies, inclusivity, customer service, risk management and SOPs.
• Lead customer service initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
