Qualifications

• Two years of progressive supervision and leadership experience in food service.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience in high-volume dining operations is desirable.
• Experience with mobile food ordering platforms is a plus.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee front-of-house service, including staffing and flow.
• Manage the food ordering platform and ensure order accuracy.
• Address customer complaints and uphold food safety standards.
• Lead personnel management, including hiring, evaluating performance, and discipline.
• Develop and deliver training on policies, inclusivity, customer service, and risk management.
• Communicate with stakeholders and lead meetings as required.
