Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or culinary arts with 5 years of high-volume food service experience.
• Experience in food production is necessary.
• ServSafe and AllerTrain certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end food and supply purchasing for Campus Dining, including PO processing and vendor coordination.
• Determine inventory needs and delivery schedules based on stock, capacity, and menu demands.
• Use FoodPro or similar ERP to maintain inventory and support purchasing decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for the external buying cooperative and Campus Dining leadership.
• Build vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and resolve supply issues quickly.
• Align product purchasing with menu planning to maximize quality and control costs.
