Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining in Albany State University is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to enhance campus dining experiences, support catering and special events, and create memorable experiences for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

You will develop marketing strategies, promote dining programs and drive events with collaboration across food service, catering and operations to align with brand and campus needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Marketing Experience or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics (food service, retail or restaurant management preferred).
• Possess professionalism and passion for customer and client relations.
• Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with varying backgrounds, perspectives, education and skills.
• Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the campus dining experience.
• Promote dining programs and catering services, and drive engagement around events and campus initiatives.
• Partner with food service, catering and operations teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts with the brand and campus needs.
