Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee Albany State University – Radium Campus dining operations, safety, and sanitation. You will lead all food service activities for students, faculty, and guests, ensuring exceptional service and full compliance with standards.

You will recruit and train a large team, drive high quality food and friendly service, and ensure the operation runs professionally and profitably with strong leadership and clear communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team (food service, cashiers, baristas, cooks, catering).
• Ensure delivery of high quality food and friendly service.
• Run operation in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication with all employees.
