Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead our College Coastal Georgia events in Brunswick. You will guide a team of foodservice professionals, ensuring the success of a range of catered functions and coordinating with campus partners.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and safety compliance, with opportunities to advance within Elior Collegiate Dining and Elior North America’s campus dining network.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Nice-to-haves: at least one year in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise servers and cooks.
• Participate in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Address client and guest needs and concerns.
