Responsibilities

• Determine and communicate work assignments and expectations.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and appearance; ensure food quality standards.
• Plan employee schedules; authorize overtime and call in staff as needed.
• Participate in hiring and interview prospective applicants.
• Train and assess daily and annual performance to ensure quality service.
• Oversee cashier functions, reports, payroll, inventory, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate catered events and other campus operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
