Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required or equivalent combination.
• Serv Safe Food Safety Certification required/advantageous.
• Three to five years food and beverage supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage students, faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dining service activities with hands-on leadership.
• Communicate assignments, expectations, and schedules clearly to staff.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and food quality standards.
• Plan and adjust employee schedules and overtime; hire and train staff.
• Supervise and participate in catering events and unit operations.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, and cash reconciliation processes.
• Monitor cashier operations and generate reports as needed.
• Provide counseling or corrective actions when required.
