Commonwealth Senior Living at South Boston is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead front-of-house operations in our community dining program. You will supervise servers, ensure a warm, resident-focused service, and help execute our signature dining services while coordinating with the kitchen team.

We serve Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner daily and offer flexible shifts. Management/supervisor experience is required, with at least one year in a supervisory role in hospitality or food service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required. Prefer courses in hospitality management or dining room operations.
• A minimum of one-year experience in “front of the house operations” in a restaurant, hotel, club or similar institution is preferred.
• Experience in a Supervisor role in dietary or food services.
