Auxiliary Services at SUNY Oswego is seeking a Resident Dining - General Manager to lead a dining unit with focus on exceptional service, food quality, and achieving financial goals. You will supervise professional and student staff, partner with the Registered Dietitian, and collaborate with campus departments to deliver a vibrant dining experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with relevant experience; military food-service training is welcomed.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year in the food or hospitality industry preferred; Associate's Degree plus 3 years experience acceptable.
• Military training in food service is considered and welcome.
• Positions held should show progressive responsibility and achievement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the assigned operation, including customer service, food costs, building maintenance and staff.
• Maintain a visible presence, address comments and consult with Dining Services staff as needed.
• Develop and guide assistant managers, hourly, and student employees to meet unit objectives.
• Coordinate food requisition, production, usage, safety, sanitation, and cost controls.
