NC State University seeks a General Manager for the NC State Dining unit in Raleigh to lead strategy, financial stewardship, and daily operations. You will oversee menu planning, collaborate with chefs, dietitians, and staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining campus standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field and have 1+ year of food management experience; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a dietetics, home economics, hospitality management or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for managing a large team.
• Experience in food service management and staff supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement marketing programs and strategies for the unit.
• Lead day-to-day operations including financial stewardship and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, university policies and service standards.
