Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Director of Dining Service II at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. You will advise and provide hands-on support in the day-to-day operations and financial success of one or more dining locations on campus, adhering to contract guidelines and Health Department regulations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in operational food service management.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, marketing, and presentation.
• Strong leadership with staff development experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Outstanding customer service and commitment to quality standards.
• Proficient with computers and financial reporting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, training and development of staff.
• Maintain client and customer happiness by ensuring food quality and service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and financial reports related to food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and align programs with objectives.
• Perform other duties to support dining service operations.
