Qualifications

• Five or more years of operational food service management experience.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and staff development ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.
• Outstanding customer service and quality standards.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain client and customer happiness through food quality and service standards.
• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and financial reports (food and labor costs).
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Foster client relationships to align programs with objectives and retention.
• Perform other duties to support dining service operations.
