Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to support daily operations at a medium to large campus location in Keene, NH. You will lead a team, drive talent development, manage client relations, and help meet profitability and financial targets.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Chef and management to implement nutritious menus, training associates, and maintaining strong client satisfaction in a dynamic food service environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large venue.
• Lead and manage a team of associates; drive talent development.
• Manage client relationships and support financial goals in assigned area.
• Collaborate with Chef and management on nutritious, top-quality food programs.
