Qualifications

• Six months of commercial cleaning experience.
• Six months of experience with commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to complete and maintain Food Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in dining, kitchen, and dish areas.
• Maintain sanitation and safety, supervise chemical use and inventory.
• Train and guide temporary staff; report emergencies and repairs.
