Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.

• Safely uses knives and other utensils.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and related equipment.
• Cooks with various methods for meat, vegetables, and other foods.
• Presents and portions food per guidelines and portions.
• Stores food properly following safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and protects company assets.
