Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
