SPS North America Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a dependable Route Driver / Courier to support campus delivery and logistics operations. You will transport mail and parcels safely, accurately, and on time while upholding service standards.

The role requires independence, professionalism, and strong communication; you will report to the Client Services Supervisor or Manager and may assist with front/back office tasks. Local travel is required with a pay range of $24-$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work assigned hours as determined by manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels on predefined campus routes.
• Maintain logs and timestamps for items received and delivered.
• Ensure compliance with chain-of-custody procedures.
• Respond promptly to delivery requests and maintain timely order fulfillment.
• Provide front or back office support as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions when required.
• Train backup personnel on procedures and best practices.
