Sodexo at Madonna University in Michigan is seeking a Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold dishes for all meals and events, following Sodexo’s culinary standards for quality and presentation.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of related food-service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with strict food-safety practices, physical stamina, and flexible shifts.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related food service experience.
• Knowledge of food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Mansioni

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold foods for all meal periods and events.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and organized workstation.
• Assist with inventory and equipment as needed.
• Significant walking or mobility required; stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
