Job summary

GRAI is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale a student ambassador program across campuses in the US, starting from zero. This is a US remote, full-time contractor role focused on GTM and community activation.

You will identify campus groups, recruit ambassadors, manage contracts and incentives, push activations, and create a repeatable playbook for expansion to more campuses, while staying close to product and marketing feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling student or ambassador programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with cold outreach.
• Operational mindset with contracts, trackers, payouts and follow-ups.
• Passion for music and campus trends.
• Willing to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop the framework for working with students across campuses.
• Identify campus groups and engage the right decision-makers.
• Recruit, contract, and onboard ambassadors; manage incentives.
• Seed campuses to reach critical mass before expansion.
• Coordinate on-ground activations and collect feedback.
• Build a scalable playbook for future campuses.
