Her Campus Media is seeking an Associate of Campus & Influencer Marketing to join our team full-time, specializing in influencer, gifting, and campus ambassador programs. This person will execute campaigns, offer strategic recommendations, and support throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of full-time campaign management/influencer marketing experience, agency or client-facing.
• Strong interest in community-building and campus marketing trends.
• Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic main point of contact for influencers or student leaders from start to finish.
• Create and vet influencer applications; identify target influencers and conduct outreach.
• Develop campaign briefs and guidelines with timelines and requirements.
• Review influencer content for FTC and client compliance.
• Monitor and track published content; ensure timelines are followed.
• Manage influencer agreements and payments in collaboration with leadership and finance.
