Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams and hiring decisions.
• Data-driven approach to coaching and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations to achieve improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 focused on communication and life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions connecting motivation to academic growth and independence.
• Build repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance across the team.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching daily.
