Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking an Executive Campus Director for the Orlando campus. You will lead campus operations, oversee admissions, academic quality, student services, enrollment growth, and financial performance in a highly autonomous role reporting to the President.

You will drive strategic growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a team of department directors while fostering an ethical, collaborative educational culture on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Education field.
• Proficient knowledge and use of campus information systems and technology.
• Highest levels of integrity and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and persuasive, results-oriented communication abilities.
• Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment with customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations across admissions, academic quality, student services, enrollment growth, financial performance, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage the institutional budget and operational plan.
• Coordinate oversight of academic programs, student services, and placement functions; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate directors of all departments.
• Ensure institutional compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies; maintain permits and licenses.
• Represent Northbridge University to partners and stakeholders to support student recruitment and campus development.
