Elior Independent School Dining is seeking a Campus Chef in Hamburg to supervise and participate in meal preparation for students, faculty and guests. You will oversee culinary operations, plan menus, and coordinate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences in an Independent School setting.

Ideal candidates have culinary certification and 3+ years in culinary management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations for daily meal service and catering events.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Confer with food service director or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
