Elior Independent School Dining seeks a Unit Chef to supervise meal preparation for multiple locations, working with the onsite Chef Manager. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure quality service, and contribute to smooth daily dining operations at the United Nations International School.

The role requires proven culinary management experience, strong leadership and communication, and a certification from a recognized culinary institution.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services with the onsite Chef Manager.
• Coordinate with managers on daily dining service details and menu execution.
• Direct and supervise kitchen staff and related tasks including cashiering, serving, and hot line cooking.
