Elior Independent School Dining is seeking a motivated Food Service Director to lead our Independent School Dining team in Hamburg, ensuring meals for students, faculty, and guests. You will manage a talented staff and oversee all aspects of the department to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

The role requires oversight of culinary operations, safety standards, and budgeting, with a focus on excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Four+ years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
