Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced Campus Chef to lead culinary operations for our Independent School Dining program serving students, faculty and guests. The role involves supervising kitchen staff and shaping daily meal service and catering offerings in a school environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of culinary management experience, a recognized culinary certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with the food

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations for daily meal service and catering events.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with food service director or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
