Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise applications or databases.
• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting or IT administration.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, data visualization).
• Experience with SQL and data reporting in ERP or campus systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees software configuration, user account creation and system maintenance for campus card transactional system and dining POS systems.
• Maintains data integrity and supports ERP reporting and data integrations.
• Provides training and technical support for stakeholders and resolves production outages.
