Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a MIS POS Systems Coordinator to administer and optimize our Point-of-Sale platforms across admission, food and beverage operations, and related processes. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with multiple departments to meet project timelines and business goals.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining POS hardware and software, monitoring performance, handling upgrades, and ensuring PCI security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in POS, ticketing, retail, or hospitality technology.
• Experience supervising a team and providing coaching.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and payment processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support POS systems for admissions, F&B, and related ops.
• Install, configure, maintain POS hardware/software/peripherals.
• Monitor performance and minimize downtime with proactive fixes.
• Lead POS support technicians; provide training and coaching.
• Develop docs, procedures, and end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with departments to implement POS solutions.
