Job summary

East Stroudsburg University is seeking a Campus Card Center Student Worker to support daily office functions and provide excellent customer service to students and families. The role may involve handling ID card production, deposits, and eCard inquiries while maintaining data privacy.

The position is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $7.25 and some weekend or holiday hours as needed. Must be an ESU student and able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations in a customer-service oriented environment.
• Assist with daily production and distribution of ID Cards (eCards).
• Support campus card accounting procedures for funds collection.
• Complete campus trainings (Title IX, etc.) to promote an inclusive campus.
• Maintain privacy of data, card transactions, and reports.
• Process deposits, applications, and replacement eCards.
• Answer calls and questions from students and parents about the eCard.
