Qualifications

• Enrollment in a graduate program at East Stroudsburg University.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments using the electronic health record and scheduling system.
• Assist in maintaining confidential records.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing mental health outreach programs and campus events.
• Develop educational materials, social media content, and promotional resources.
• Represent CAPS at university events, orientations, and resource fairs.
