Job summary

The role involves coordinating maintenance, managing space usage, and ensuring safety and environmental health procedures are followed, with an emphasis on reliable building operations and service requests.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in General Studies with at least 6 years of facilities maintenance or related building operation services and a minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Attend UT's building manager meetings and monitor the COE Facilities email for requests.
• Conduct daily facilities walk-throughs and report nonstandard conditions; inspect the building for damage or wear.
