Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of retail banking or credit union experience, including branch operations management.
• Experience supervising a team and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and ongoing management of the campus branch program with college partners.
• Coordinate planning, timelines, staffing, training, and operational readiness for the campus branch.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support branch operations, technology, marketing, and compliance.
• Set goals, service expectations, and success metrics for the campus branch and student officers.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development to student officers to build leadership and financial services skills.
• Represent the credit union at campus meetings and events and foster community relationships.
