Campus Federal seeks a Branch Manager for the LSU Union branch to lead a high-performing team, drive loan and deposit growth, and deliver exceptional member service. The role emphasizes coaching, community engagement, and effective staff development within a retail banking environment.

You will oversee lending and deposit activities, strengthen member relationships, and ensure compliant operations while building a strong local presence and team culture.

Formación

• Proven success leading sales and business development in a retail banking/financial institution.
• Ability to coach and develop teams to achieve sales goals.
• Experience supervising or managing employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing branch team to deliver exceptional member service and meet sales goals.
• Drive branch growth by developing strategies for loans, deposits, product penetration, and member engagement.
• Cultivate a strong sales culture through coaching, mentoring, accountability, and staff development.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by matching members with suitable products and services.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
