Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or equivalent) and 0–5 years of retail or bookstore experience, with general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales team activities including scheduling and training.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues, and maintain a hassle-free customer service culture.
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and POS transactions per procedures.
• Stock shelves and take inventory, maintaining merchandising standards.
